- 6+ years of hands-on development experience
- Comfortable with relational databases and SQL
- Experience building maintainable systems supported by automated tests
- Ruby on Rails
- React
- Postgres
- Heroku
- AWS
- Strong communication skills
- An appetite to learn the craft of software development
- Computer Science or another technical degree (or equivalent job experience)
